TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) SUBJECT
1.1 These Terms of Sale concern the purchase of products and services made remotely via telematics through the site www.ilmondodellemeraviglie.it, belonging to THE WORLD OF WONDERS of Guglielmo Ciafrè, with registered office in Ascoli Piceno, Via delle Campanulas 7.
2) ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
2.1 The contract stipulated between THE WORLD OF WONDERS of Guglielmo Ciafrè and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by IL MONDO DELLE MERAVIGLIE by Guglielmo Ciafrè. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general conditions of sale.
2.2 If the Customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure is completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep the present general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of art. 50 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05.
2.3 Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order is excluded.
3) METHODS OF PURCHASE AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
3.1 Before confirming the purchase, the total cost of the order to the Customer will be summarized, and He will have the possibility to modify in whole or in part, or to cancel this order completely.
3.2 Product prices are shown on the site including VAT.
3.3 The shipping cost will be added at the time the order is concluded, the amount of which may vary depending on the requested delivery method, with the exception of exceptions and derogations that will be specifically published on the site.
3.4 The cost of transport for destinations outside the Italian territory are clearly specified to the Customer before the conclusion of the order itself.
3.5 THE WORLD OF WONDERS of Guglielmo Ciafrè does not guarantee the continuous availability of the products to the conditions offered, remaining committed in case of unavailability, to contact the Customer by telephone or e-mail for any replacements or refunds without additional charges.
3.6 The Customer's response regarding an email notification of items missing from your current order, must be received no later than 4 days. Otherwise the order will be processed automatically by scaling down the missing items, with consequent repayment of the latter in the event of advance payment.
3.7 THE WORLD OF WONDERS of Guglielmo Ciafrè reserves the right to change the prices indicated on the site www.ilmondodellemeraviglie.it without notice.
3.8 The surfaces of the findings and jewelery in 925 silver and brass undergo specific treatments. Oxidation can occur over time and the speed of this process depends on how the articles in question are treated. Sweating, perfumes and other chemical agents (soaps, creams, etc.) cause the deterioration of the electroplating therefore we invite the customers to remove the jewels before washing, going to bed or doing sporting activities. The polishing cloth (normally available on the market) turns out to be an excellent method to give new brightness to the jewels that have become opaque / oxidized over time. In any case, the loss of intensity of the electroplating is not a defect but a normal condition proper to the aforementioned metals.
4) SHIPMENTS AND PAYMENTS
4.1 The shipping and payment methods are visible on the "Shipping and Payments" page. The times indicated for the terms of delivery are purely indicative and are in no way binding for the WORLD OF WONDERS of Guglielmo Ciafrè
4.2 THE WORLD OF WONDERS of Guglielmo Ciafrè will deliver the selected and ordered products to the Customer at the address indicated by the latter.
4.3 THE WORLD OF WONDERS of Guglielmo Ciafrè is not responsible for damage or delays in delivery caused by the carrier to the products purchased, remaining totally unrelated to the relationship between the carrier and the Customer.
4.4 Shipping costs are shown on the page "Shipping and Payments".
4.5 All billing and destination data must be completed correctly and completely by the responsible Customer. Any errors in entering incorrect or incomplete billing information will be attributed exclusively to the Customer. Any errors in entering the wrong or incomplete address may cause delivery problems and generate storage costs that will be charged to the Customer.
4.6 All advance payment methods must be received no later than 4 days from the order confirmation, otherwise the order will be canceled automatically.
4.7 The payment methods are as follows:
Cash on delivery: Payment upon delivery to the courier at no additional cost.
Credit card
Paypal
Bank Transfer: The shipment will start as soon as payment is received (4-5 days c.a.)
Collection at the showroom: The products will be collected by the Customer himself at our showroom in Via delle Campanule 20 Ascoli Piceno.
5) RESPONSIBILITY
5.1 THE WORLD OF WONDERS of Guglielmo Ciafrè assumes no responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, to execute in the time agreed in the contract.
5.2 THE WORLD OF WONDERS of Guglielmo Ciafrè will not be liable to any party or third parties for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of failure to execute the contract for the reasons mentioned above, since the consumer is only entitled to a refund of the price paid.
5.3 THE WORLD OF WONDERS of Guglielmo Ciafrè is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties, credit cards, checks and other means of payment, upon payment of the products purchased. THE WORLD OF WONDERS of Guglielmo Ciafrè, in fact, at no time during the purchase procedure is he able to know the number of the buyer's credit card which, opening a secure connection, is transmitted directly to the manager of the banking service.
5.4 THE WORLD OF WONDERS of Guglielmo Ciafrè is also not able to know the data provided to the lender, given that at the time of choosing this means of payment, the purchaser opens a secure connection, transmitted directly to the lender himself.
6) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1 The consumer customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, fully or partially returning the goods received in their original packaging, without tampering with any seal and / or deterioration of the same external packaging, and obtaining reimbursement of the price paid, a possible replacement of the selected items or a credit applicable to the next order.
6.2 The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 7 working days from the day of receipt of the purchased good. The right of withdrawal may be exercised provided that the good has not been used.
6.3 All product return costs are the responsibility of the customer who, directly or through other means (registered mail, express courier, etc.), will arrange for delivery of the same to the seller's home; all items must be received in the same conditions of receipt; it is not permitted to return the goods in any other way.

6.5 The transport costs incurred for the delivery of the product to the customer and for any replacement are borne by the customer.
